and Public Services
What is non-Take-Up
?
Phenomena of
non-take-up (NTU) concern people who, for whatever reason, do not
contact the relevant services to claim the economic and social benefits
to which they are entitled. NTU does not necessarily result from
personal or institutional obstacles; it may also be a personal choice.
These raise questions of possible rupture with the public offer.
The Odenore Technology Research Team
In january 2009, Odenore was set up as a Technology Research Team by the
Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
This team is part of the Joint Research Unit (UMR) 5195 at the CNRS
("Public Policies, political Action, Territories" Laboratory,
PACTE)
and concists of 16 lecturer-researchers and PhD students. Its programme
is set in collaboration with institutional actors.
